Please first check your notifications settings. Visit your profile or user menu and select Notifications from the menu. If you do not have email notifications selected please select the notifications and hit the save button at the bottom of the page.
If you are opted in to notifications, but are still not receiving emails from us, you will need to check your Spam or Junk email folders, and add email@example.com to your address book in Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo or your preferred email provider.
If that still does not work, please check with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or your company’s IT department for assistance. And as always, reach out to us if you are still experiencing difficulties. We are here to help!
Note: If you have access to Worldview for Enterprises through an IP authorization or token authentication, you do not have access to this feature.
